Information about the service

Home nbn plans provide unlimited data on the nbn access network, available where nbn infrastructure and technology allows the plan's speed. Actual speeds achieved depend on your nbn access technology (FTTP, FTTN, FTTC, HFC, Fixed Wireless), your equipment, and network congestion, and may be lower than the plan's typical evening speed.

• Plans are billed monthly in advance, no lock-in contract — cancel any time with no early termination charge
• A compatible modem/router is required — see our modem options, or bring your own compatible device
• A new nbn connection at your address may involve a standard connection charge, and, for some premises, a technician dispatch fee

Business nbn plans provide unlimited data, sized for business continuity. Optional add-ons include an eSLA (enhanced service level agreement, priority fault response) and 4G/5G wireless backup, quoted separately based on your site.

Cloud-hosted PBX extensions, delivered over your internet connection. Choose Unlimited calling or Pay As You Go per extension.

PAYG call rates: Local $0.11/call, National $0.11/call, Australian mobile $0.176/min, 13/1300 $0.385/call. Extra phone numbers: local $3.30/mth, virtual mobile $11.00/mth. Fair Use Policy applies to Unlimited plans.

• *No lock-in contract on the extension itself; where a handset or headset is bundled into the plan, a minimum term applies to that hardware and is agreed with you at sign-up
• Requires a suitable business internet connection; we can advise on bandwidth requirements for your extension count

Information about the service

Connect your own PBX (e.g. 3CX) to the phone network. Charged per concurrent call channel, per month — size by how many calls happen at once, not by staff headcount.

Billing

• Telco services are billed on a calendar-month cycle (1st to end of month) at a fixed monthly price regardless of month length; plans are billed in advance, call charges in arrears
• If you sign up part-way through a month, your first invoice is pro-rated to the end of that month plus the next full month in advance
• Direct Debit (card or bank account) is our preferred payment method; EFT is accepted but must be paid by the due date shown on your invoice

Minimum term and cancellation

Unless otherwise stated against a specific plan above, Bellmax telco plans have no lock-in contract and can be cancelled at any time with no early termination charge. Where a plan does carry a minimum term (for example, bundled hardware or handsets), this will be clearly stated to you before you sign up, along with any early termination charge that applies.

If you experience a fault or service issue, contact us first using the details below — we aim to acknowledge and triage faults promptly. If you're not satisfied with how we've handled a complaint or fault, you can escalate it to the Telecommunications Industry Ombudsman (TIO), a free, independent dispute resolution service for telecommunications consumers.
